How do I get started?

What is the on-boarding process?
1) We will schedule an onboarding call to get to know you and your editing preferences. 2) We will do a test run for 50 photos at 50% off. 3) We will tweak the settings to your liking for custom profiles. 4) If you're happy with the results, we will set up a file transfer and get started.
What is your turnaround?
Photo editing: 8-18 hours
Photo enhancing: 12-24 hours
Virtual staging: 18-36 hours
What do you use for file transfering?
We use Dropbox or Google shared folders for file transfers.
The option of a white-label file transferring platform is also available for high-volume teams.
Which input file formats do you accept?
We prefer DNG (lossy) input files if possible. We also accept raw files and .jpg files; however, output quality for .jpg will not be as good.
Do you provide a full test run?
We provide a full test run for the advanced level and up. After the on-boarding call, you will get 50 edited photos at a 50% discount. These first batch photos will give you a better understanding of our style. It will also help us tweak the settings to match your custom profile.
